With iTunes already installed for Windows or Mac OS X, click on the video or audio Subscribe links below to have iTunes automatically download the content for the associated class as it becomes available.

To force the download of updated content in iTunes, right-click (or control-click if you have a single button mouse) on the podcast in iTunes, then select "Update Podcast"

Audio content is compatible with all iPods. Video content may also be viewed on iPod videos.
